Veteran Reintegration Program
Empowering veterans through our Veteran Reintegration Program. Providing comprehensive support for transitioning servicemen/women and families. Offering assistance with claims, employment, housing, education, financial management, and life-skills training.
Supporting Youth
Empowering Futures
Our center, Open Door Resource Center, is dedicated to empowering young individuals through our mentoring program, 'Creating a Second Chance.' In collaboration with Henrico County Juvenile Courts, our veterans provide guidance and support to at-risk young men of color aged 8-18. Together, we focus on building confidence, essential life skills, workforce readiness, and achieving educational success.

Support Services
Open Door Resource Center, Inc. offers a three-tiered system to support veterans: Serve, Educate, and Give. We help veterans access records, reintegration programs, and life skills training.
Skills Training
We host classes on health and tech literacy, and give back through community events, youth mentoring, and veteran-led initiatives.
Community Events
Join us for various community events that aim to empower veterans and youth towards stability and success.
Youth Mentoring
Our youth mentoring program connects veterans with young individuals to provide guidance, support, and inspiration.
